Shipping
Orders are shipped the same day, unless otherwise advised. We will ship your order freight prepaid and added to the invoice. Federal Express, UPS, Airborne are on daily pick up schedule. Insurance and COD charges will be at the customer's expense.

Pricing
All Sales are Final. All prices are FOB our warehouse. Since we have multiple holding facilities (NJ, FL, TX, CA, UK) your sale representative will discuss options. For palate shipments, free freight estimates available, please call for quotation.

Payment Terms
All Sales are Final. Terms are COD or NET depending on customer account status. We accept approved company checks, cashier checks, money orders and bank wires. Drop shipments must be paid in full prior to shipment, unless other arrangements have been made. In addition to the listed options we also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express (Subject to handling fees). Net Terms for Purchase Orders from Government and Educational Institutions.

Stock Product Guarantee
All Sales are Final. If you are not satisfied with our stock products for any reason, please contact your sales representative. A solutions will be presented to resolve the situation.

Customer Product Terms
All Sales are Final. Custom orders may only be retuned if the goods are defect in functionality, materials and/or workmanship.

Returns for Replacements
All returns for replacements must be authorized by WRCA representative. Please call to arrange a return for advising Co. Name, invoice number, invoice date, item number, quantity and receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The RMA number must be displayed on the shipping label of all boxes returned. Returns should be received in same condition as shipped. Any items not received in same condition will not be accepted for full credit. All authorized returns are subject to atleast a 15% handling or restocking charge.

Cancellations
Special design products as well as custom configured products are not subject to cancellation. Others accepted with restock fee.

Claims
Damage or loss, if occurred during transit, should be reported to the carrier at once. All claims for products shortage or damage must be made within 2 days on receipt of shipment by phone or fax.

Warranty
All Sales are Final. All new products ship with factory warranty. Warranty period varies per manufacter. All claims during that warranty period would be resolved by manufacter. Refurbished products ship with 30 or 90 day warranty depending on item. This warranty is limited to repairing or replacing products which prove to be defective upon our inspection. Comsmetic damage, misuse, or alteration cancel all warranties.
